Software subscription
Inquirail is sold by Egységmester Kft. as a recurring subscription to automated SaaS monitoring software. The subscription provides access to software features according to the selected plan, including the stated monitored site and form limits and scheduled automated checks at the frequency shown for that plan before checkout.
Billing period and renewal
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in EUR unless another billing period is clearly shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The checkout page or account area shows the selected plan, price, billing period, and renewal status before payment is completed.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account area or by contacting support@inquirail.com. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds
Unless required by law, fees already paid for the current billing period are not automatically refunded after cancellation. If a duplicate charge, billing error, or technical access issue occurs, contact us at support@inquirail.com with the relevant account email and Stripe receipt details. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, subscription access may become past due, paused, or canceled depending on Stripe billing status and account configuration.
Plan changes
Plan upgrades or downgrades may be handled through Stripe or the account area. Any prorations, credits, or billing changes will be shown during checkout or account management where applicable.
